There are no magic bullets in it and the author sticks to tried and true basics and gives tips on where to search for more airflow in your particular application. I am very displeased with the quality of this book however. The letters are barely legible and it looks like it was printed on a printer running out of ink. The diagrams are color coded to show different parts of ports etc reffered to in the text but mine simply has shades of black and gray with no way to tell which is which.
